Come join our team as a Printing Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring that all print jobs are finished accurately and have met or exceeded deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely on a daily basis to collect information from our print partners in Mexico City, Atlanta, and Minneapolis.
• Monitor active print jobs and ensure requests are handled immediately.
• Oversee our transition to just-in-time printing.
• Liaise between our product team and vendors regarding printing proofs and art.
• Schedule the printing workflow in our project management software and take responsibility for informing stakeholders of the timing and status of all jobs.
• Manage frequent conversations with our vendors to maintain good standing.
• Travel 20% of the time to our vendors to oversee operations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Printing Manager, ideally for another publishing company or for a company with a paper product. Ideal candidates have experience working on a printing floor.
• Incredibly detail-oriented — you are the type of person who loves high-volume logistics and is hyper-organized.
• Strong experience overseeing vendors and ensuring performance measurement and quality standards. You know how to hold our vendors accountable for the work ordered.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 base salary plus benefits
